Kunststoff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich unterscheide zwei\nverschiedene Arten von Gewinde, wenn es darum geht, dass das Modell\n3D-gedruckt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Gewinde, die nicht\nviel Kraft aufnehmen m\u00fcssen und ein- oder zweimal gel\u00f6st werden\nm\u00fcssen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Gewinde, die Kraft\naufnehmen m\u00fcssen oder mehrfach angezogen und gel\u00f6st werden m\u00fcssen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Gewinde mit wenig Kraft und ein- \/ zweimaligem\nAnziehen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die erste Art von\nGewinde, lohnt es sich, nicht zu viel Aufwand zu betreiben. Je nach\nAnwendung kann man sich hier zwischen einer Holz- oder einer\nMetallschraube entscheiden und das Loch auf den Kerndurchmesser der\nentsprechenden Schraube designen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/sheet001.htm\" width=\"100%\" height=\"540px\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ihr die Gewinde\nnicht noch jeweils auf Mass nachbohren wollt, (was ich jeweils\nmache), solltet ihr die L\u00f6cher 0.1 bis 0.2mm gr\u00f6sser im CAD planen.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Faustregel f\u00fcr Innenkonturen beim 3D-Druck in\nKunststoff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt beim\n3D-Druck in Kunststoff, dass Innengeometrien 0,1 bis 0,2mm gr\u00f6sser\nim Modell sein m\u00fcssen, damit sie am realen Modell exakt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine Erfahrung ist,dass ich diese Faustregel, bei allen Verfahren (SLA, SLS und FDM)anwenden muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"GARD gard_async_mode\" id=\"google-ads-pgvy\" ><script L\u00f6sen und\nAnziehen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr diese Art von\nGewinde, habe ich zwei Methoden zur Hand, die ich je nachdem anwende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>1. Quick &amp; Dirty \u2013 Einlegemuttern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es schnell und\ng\u00fcnstig sein muss, plane ich eine Einlegemutter in das Teil ein. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu kann mann die\nirgendwo in der Mitte einer Bohrung einen Schlitz planen, in den man\neine Standard-Mutter reinschieben kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br> Wenn man den Schlitz nur knapp etwas breiter macht, als die minimale Breite der Mutter, hat man auch direkt eine Verdrehsicherung der Mutter und muss sich beim Anziehen der Schraube nicht auch noch um einen Gabelschl\u00fcssel oder Schraubenzieher zum kontern suchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Methode verwende ich sehr oft bei Prototypen und wenn ich private Projekte realisiere,weil sie zwar im CAD etwas mehr Aufwand bedeutet, aber in der Realisation und bei den Professionell \u2013 ENSAT-Gewindeeins\u00e4tze<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt mehrere Arten\nENSAT-Gewindeeins\u00e4tze. Ich kenne grunds\u00e4tzlich nur zwei. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die erste, die ich\nkenne, funktioniert indem man mit Hitze (einem Spezialwerkzeug oder\nL\u00f6tkolben) den Metalleinsatz in Kunststoff einschmelzen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die zweite, welche ich\nverwende, kann man mit einem Spezialwerkzeug, (wenn man es sich\nleisten kann) oder einer normaler Schraube und zwei Kontermuttern,\n(wie ich es zu Hause mache), in das Kunststoffteil einschrauben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit das ganze auch sauber funktioniert, muss man die Bohrungen im Modell nach dieser Tabelle + der Faustregel am unteren Limit, planen. Weil ich diese Bohrungen inzwischen h\u00e4ufiger verwende, habe ich diese Tabellen inzwischen auch im CAD (Autodesk Inventor) als Tabelle hinterlegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"GARD gard_async_mode\" So k\u00f6nnt ihr die Schraube, die da rein passt ohne Probleme\n1000-fach l\u00f6sen und wieder anziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Nachteil an dieser\nL\u00f6sung ist, dass die Eins\u00e4tze ziemlich teuer sind. Bei den\nchinesischen Exporth\u00e4ndlern meiner Wahl, habe ich bisher nur solche\ngefunden, die man mit W\u00e4rme in das Bauteil einpresse kann und diese\nMethode finde ich pers\u00f6nlich nicht so toll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Minimalmasse f\u00fcr Schrauben<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Und\nweil ich hier gerade schon mit Tabellen um mich werfe, hier noch\nmeine Hilfstabelle mit Minimalmassen f\u00fcr Schrauben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hin und wieder muss man beinahe jeden hunderstel Milimeter einsparen.
