Man hat ein geniales Modell erstellt oder heruntergeladen, kann es aber nicht ohne Support drucken.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber Weihnachten habe ich mit den Supportfunktionen von <a href=\"http:\/\/slic3r.org\" target=\"_blank\">Slic3r<\/a> und <a href=\"http:\/\/software.ultimaker.com\" target=\"_blank\">Cura<\/a> experimentiert. Diese haben aber ganz klar den Nachteil, dass sie sehr viel Material verbrauchen, in Slic3r je nach Version spinnen und nicht immer das gew\u00fcnschte Resultat erzielen. geometrische Objekte kann man ganz gut Cura oder Slic3r verwenden. Sobald es aber komplexer wird, stossen deren Algorithmen an die Grenzen.<br \/>\nDas ist dann der Zeitpunkt, wo ihr euch <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meshmixer.com\" target=\"_blank\">Autodesk Meshmixer<\/a> herunterl\u00e4dt. Meshmixer ist ein gratis Tool, mit dem ihr Modelle aufmodellieren k\u00f6nnt, als ob ihr eine Knetmasse vor euch h\u00e4ttet. Zudem bietet das Tool immer mehr Funktionen, die f\u00fcr das 3D-Drucken sehr interessant sind.<\/p>\n<p>Also, dann starten wir mal Meshmixer:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h56_09.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 0px currentcolor; display: inline;\" title=\"2014-04-15_19h56_09\" src=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h56_09_thumb.png\" alt=\"2014-04-15_19h56_09\" width=\"240\" height=\"229\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Als Beispielmodell nehmen wir Jahreszeitgem\u00e4ss den Hasen unten links.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h56_14.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 0px currentcolor; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; display: inline;\" title=\"2014-04-15_19h56_14\" src=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h56_14_thumb.png\" alt=\"2014-04-15_19h56_14\" width=\"503\" height=\"480\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sobald wir das Modell ge\u00f6ffnet haben sehen ge\u00fcbte Augen, dass mindestens die Ohren ohne Support nicht druckbar sind. Darum gehen wir nun in das Men\u00fc \u201cAnalysis\u201d und w\u00e4hlen da \u201cOverhangs\u201d. Sofort werden uns \u00fcberh\u00e4nge farblich angezeigt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h55_14.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"margin: 0px 10px 0px 0px; display: inline;\" title=\"2014-04-15_19h55_14\" src=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h55_14_thumb.png\" alt=\"2014-04-15_19h55_14\" width=\"180\" height=\"192\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Im obersten Bereich des Men\u00fcs k\u00f6nnen wir nun noch ausw\u00e4hlen, ab welchem \u00dcberhangwinkel uns die Farben angezeigt werden. Diese Auswahl hat dann auch Auswirkungen auf die automatische Supportfunktion von Meshmixer. Die 30\u00b0 haben sich bei diesem Modell als eine gute Einstellung bew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n<p>Nun klicken wir im untersten Bereich des Men\u00fcs auf \u201cSupport All Overhangs\u201d. Sofort erstellt uns Meshmixer r\u00f6hrenartiges Supportmaterial. Das sieht nun etwas komisch aus, funktioniert tats\u00e4chlich und brauch viel weniger Material und damit Druckzeit, als wenn ihr euch das von Cura oder Slic3r erstellen lassen w\u00fcrdet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h55_06.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 0px currentcolor; display: inline;\" title=\"2014-04-15_19h55_06\" src=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h55_06_thumb.png\" alt=\"2014-04-15_19h55_06\" width=\"640\" height=\"389\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h55_36.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 0px currentcolor; display: inline;\" title=\"2014-04-15_19h55_36\" src=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140415_19h55_36_thumb.png\" alt=\"2014-04-15_19h55_36\" width=\"640\" height=\"385\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nun weiss ich aus der Druckerfahrung, dass diese Supports sehr gut funktionieren, aber der Schwanz auch noch Support ben\u00f6tigt. Um zu vermeiden, dass ich noch eine Menge mehr Support erstelle, den ich eigentlich nicht br\u00e4uchte, erstelle ich diesen nun Manuell.<\/p>\n<p>Ich erh\u00f6he nun im obersten Regler den Wert Das wiederhole ich, bis ich denke, dass das so funktionieren sollte.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ihr euch verklickt habt und einen Support entfernen wollt, geht auch mit einem der automatisch erstellt wurde, dann
