{"id":344,"date":"2013-10-13T21:08:41","date_gmt":"2013-10-13T19:08:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/?p=344"},"modified":"2015-06-15T19:06:27","modified_gmt":"2015-06-15T17:06:27","slug":"flexibles-filament-recreus-filaflex-3d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/?p=344","title":{"rendered":"Flexibles Filament: Recreus FilaFlex 3D"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>WOWWW \u2026 flexibles Filament!<\/h1>\n<p>Im Moment geistert das neue flexible Filament, eine Art Thermoplastisches Elastomer TPE, NinjaFlex durch die Blog-Welt.<\/p>\n<p>Bevor ich auf <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fennerdrives.com\/ninjaflex3dprinting\/_\/3d\/\" target=\"_blank\">NinjaFlex<\/a> gestossen bin, habe ich das FilaFlex 3D der spanischen <a href=\"http:\/\/recreus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Firma Recreus<\/a> entdeckt. Ich war nat\u00fcrlich total begeistert. Ein gummiartiges Material er\u00f6ffnet dem 3D-Druck ganz neue M\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Ich dachte nicht lange nach und bestellte mir gleich drei kleine Rollen um das neuartige Material erst Mal zu testen.<\/p>\n<p><b>An dieser Stelle muss ich gleich noch Anmerken, dass ihr f\u00fcr diese Art von Fillament einen Extruder ben\u00f6tigt, der gleich vor der D\u00fcse sitzt. Also einen Wade- oder DD-Extruder, der die Bewegung mitmacht.<br \/>\nMit einem Bowden-Extruder funktioniert es nicht. Versuche<\/h1>\n<p>Nach den Angaben des Herstellers, l\u00e4sst sich das Material zwischen 210 und 230\u00b0C extrudieren. Das Bett braucht dabei nicht vorgeheizt zu sein. Viel mehr Angaben erh\u00e4lt man auf Anhieb erst Mal nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe dann sofort damit gestartet, das ganze zu testen. Als erstes habe ich die D\u00fcse, mit der ich zuvor ABS druckte, ca. 30min auf 235\u00b0C erhitzt um das ABS rausfliessen zu lassen und dann das FilaFlex rein getan. Den Idler nat\u00fcrlich sch\u00f6n angezogen und mit meinen langsamsten ABS-Einstellungen losgelegt. Doch das wurde nix!<\/p>\n<p>Vielfach k\u00e4mpfte ich damit, dass sich das Filament unter das Anpress-Kugellagers des Idlers von meinem Wade-Extruder schob und sich da verklemmte. Alles was dann noch gef\u00f6rdert wurde, schob sich seitlich aus dem Extruder heraus. Schnell merkte ich auch, dass ich bei diesem Material noch viel langsamer fahren musste als mit ABS!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/20131013.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px 10px; border: 0px currentcolor; display: inline;\" title=\"2013-10-13\" src=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/20131013_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"2013-10-13\" width=\"240\" height=\"139\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Per Mail hatte ich dann mit Recreus Kontakt. Und da wurde mir dann gesagt, dass ich den Idler nur ganz sanft an das Filament anpressen soll. Das erschien mir dann auch gleich logisch.<\/p>\n<p>Ich legte nat\u00fcrlich gleich wieder los, um immer wieder daran zu scheitern, dass es irgendwann, irgendwo verklemmte oder einfach nicht mehr sch\u00f6n f\u00f6rderte. Wenn ich dann jeweils mit den Temperaturen im Repetierhost etwas spielte, f\u00f6rderte es dann zum Teil pl\u00f6tzlich wieder normal!<\/p>\n<div class=\"GARD gard_async_mode\" id=\"google-ads-JcHb\" erfolgreich<\/h1>\n<p>Ich versuchte mehrere Stunden Parameter zu finden, mit denen ich erfolgreich mein Kalibrationsteil drucken konnte.<\/p>\n<div Woche, entschloss ich mich weitere Tests an diesem Wochenende durchzuf\u00fchren. Dazu baute ich meinen Drucker erst Mal ein wenig um. Ich schnitt die Leitungen des Temperatursensors und des Heizelements an der D\u00fcse durch und baute eine L\u00fcsterklemme ein. So kann ich nun die Heizd\u00fcse sehr einfach auswechseln.<\/p>\n<p>Das war dann auch mein n\u00e4chster Schritt. Ich baute eine frische D\u00fcse ein, mit der ich nur das FilaFlex extrudieren werde. Diese D\u00fcse habe ich dann auch gleich von \u00d83mm auf \u00d83.2mm aufgebohrt, weil ich den Verdacht habe, dass \u00d83mm zu knapp sind und sich da das Filament verklemmen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Den Idler habe ich nur ganz sanft an das Filament angelehnt. Die Schraube ist vielleicht eine halbe, bis eine ganze Umdrehung angezogen. Auf keinen Fall mehr!<br \/>\nMit den Geschwindigkeiten bin ich nun bei 40mm\/s und die Infill-Geschwindigkeit ist bei 70%. Trotz allem arbeite ich noch mit einem 2mm Retract.<br \/>\nMit der Extruder-Temperatur bin ich nun bei 235\u00b0C gelandet, das Bett bleibt ungeheizt und mit Haarspray bespr\u00fcht.
