Spiegelfliese von meinem Mendelmax habe ich mich dann jeweils w\u00e4hrend Stunden damit aufgehalten, das Kapton-Band m\u00f6glichst blasenfrei aufzuziehen. Was mir, als nicht besonders geduldiger Mensch, kaum je gelungen ist. Und wenn, dann habe ich es mir sicher Minuten sp\u00e4ter wegen einer falsch kalibrierten Z-Achse gleich wieder mit dem Extruder aufgeschlitzt!<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber den Kollegen vom <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.teil3.ch\/post\/2012\/10\/04\/Hairspray-als-Haftbr\u00fccke-f\u00fcr-die-Buildplattform-f\u00fcr-3D-Drucker\" target=\"_blank\">Teil3.ch<\/a> bin ich auf die Haarspray-Methode aufmerksam geworden. Er hat dann auch gleich zwei getestet, wobei einer nicht funktioniert hat.<br \/>\nIch bin dann auch gleich los und habe mir auch einen besorgt. Da ich aber im Stress war und keiner der beiden getesteten Sprays im Regal stand, habe ich mich spontan f\u00fcr einen der \u201cextremen\u201d Sorte entschieden.<\/p>\n<p>Ich finde die Methode genial. Man spr\u00fcht einfach ein wenig Haarspray direkt aus der Dose auf die Opferplatte. Es ist eigentlich egal, ob die noch kalt oder schon warm ist.<br \/>\nDann startet man den Druck und der erste Layer haftet 1A!<\/p>\n<p>Der einzige Makel ist, dass der erste Layer eine leicht matte Oberfl\u00e4che bekommt. Aber wenn ich ganz ehrlich bin, dann st\u00f6rt mich das \u00fcberhaupt nicht. Es kommt hier auch immer darauf an, wie viel Haarspray schon auf der Platte ist. Wenn man die immer wieder mit z.B. Fensterreiniger putzt, dann wird die Oberfl\u00e4che nicht ganz so matt, wie wenn man einfach immer wieder dr\u00fcber spr\u00fcht.<\/p>\n<p>Bis jetzt habe ich meine Tests mit ABS durchgef\u00fchrt, das hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Und ich weiss jetzt auch, dass sich das Bauteil bei ca. 85\u00b0C wieder zu l\u00f6sen beginnt. So lasse ich das Bett nach dem Druckende nur noch bis da abk\u00fchlen und starte gleich wieder mit dem n\u00e4chsten!<\/p>\n<p>Vor einem neuen Druck spr\u00fche ich meistens noch ein wenig nach, da die Haftkraft jeweils ein wenig nachl\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens soll das ganze auch auf Alu-Opferplatten funktionieren.<\/p>\n<p>Und dann gibt es noch die, die <a href=\"http:\/\/forums.reprap.org\/read.php?246,184566,186040\" target=\"_blank\">1\/3 Bier mit 2\/3 Isopropanol mischen und mit dem Pinsel auftragen<\/a> \ud83d\ude09 Pers\u00f6nlich habe ich das bis jetzt noch nie getestet, aber wer da Erfahrung hat, kann sich gerne melden!<\/p>\n<p>PS: PLA kann man ohne irgendetwas, direkt auf die geheitzte Glasplatte drucken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div
