So k\u00f6nnen wir den Drucker inzwischen komplett von unseren Arbeitsrechnern aus fernsteuern und mit einer Webcam \u00fcberwachen. Kleinserie Teile haben einen Praktischen Nutzen in den Sondermaschinen die wir bauen. Nat\u00fcrlich produzieren wir auch immer wieder Prototypen f\u00fcr unsere neuesten Ideen. Flexibilit\u00e4t von PLA, mit dem wir haupts\u00e4chlich arbeiten, eignet sich hervorragend dazu Schnaps-Verschl\u00fcsse zu Bauen.<br \/>\nDie Designzeit ist mit Abstand das teuerste an einem solchen Produkt.<br \/>\nDarum bleibe ich meistens bei simplen Formen die daf\u00fcr etwas mehr Plastik ben\u00f6tigen.<br \/>\nMeine Teile sind vermutlich alle \u00dcberdimensioniert f\u00fcr die Funktion die sie erf\u00fcllen sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Der erste Druck eines Meccano-Teiles wird zeigen wie gut alles passt.<br \/>\nZu beachten ist das die meisten Masse mehrere Zehntel gr\u00f6sser sind als im CAD und die Ganze Struktur sich beim Abk\u00fchlen verzieht.<br \/>\nSofern der Drucker gut kalibriert und eingestellt ist erhalte ich ein sauber gedrucktes Bauteil.<\/p>\n<p>Ich \u00dcberpr\u00fcfe dann:<br \/>\n&#8211; Ist das Teil strukturell in Ordnung?<br \/>\n&#8211; Passt das zu haltende Element?<br \/>\n&#8211; Funktioniert die Montage in der gew\u00fcnschten die Einbaurichtung noch drehen und die gesamt L\u00e4nge verl\u00e4ngern um die Runde Seite zu greifen.<br \/>\nWen alles passt kann ich nun im Slicer einen Mehrfach G-Code generieren und mit x-fachen auftauchen.<br \/>\nJedes Mal wenn der Druckkopf eine Ebene abschliesst und zwischen den Bauteilen wechselt bilden sich F\u00e4den zwischen den Teilen die nicht so schlimm sind.<br \/>\nEs kann aber auch Material vom Druckteil selber mitreissen was dann zu zerrissenen Konturen f\u00fchrt.<br \/>\nMeist passiert das nur an ein bis zwei Kanten in der gesamten Serie.<br \/>\nJe nach Qualit\u00e4tsanforderung k\u00f6nnen so aber Ausschuss Teile entstehen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.3deee.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Abreissen-des-Filaments-am-Modell.jpg\"><img muss noch genauer auf die Ausrichtung des Druckbettes geachtet werden da mehr von der Gesamtfl\u00e4che benutzt wird.<br \/>\nDas Druckbett kann sich unter Einfluss der Hitze von Heizelementen verziehen.<br \/>\nDas hat zwar meist nur in der ersten Schicht Einfluss, kann aber zu unsch\u00f6nen Verwerfungen f\u00fchren wenn die D\u00fcse zu nah an der Grundplatte ist.<\/p>\n<p><a B\u00fcro heraus starten, den Druckauftrag aufgeben und weiterarbeiten. Dann und wann, zieht es uns dann zum Drucker r\u00fcber und wir kontrollieren den Druckfortschritt und die Qualit\u00e4t. \u00c4usserst selten m\u00fcssen wir einen Druck abbrechen.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Drucker l\u00e4uft beinahe t\u00e4glich so zwischen 4 und 16h, damit wir all die Serienteile und Prototypen realisieren k\u00f6nnen, die wir gerade wieder geplant haben.<\/p>\n<p>Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass der X400 eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Maschine ist, bei der nur der Extruder dann und wann mal eine intensivere Wartungssession ben\u00f6tigt!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Viel Spass beim
